Commission Plan
60/40 + 100 Leads/year
RECCMOX recognizes that the effort of selling real estate is the same for all agents and reward financially on that basis. We are often asked how we can retain 60/40 split agents when their sales figures would land them more take home in 100% programs? The answer is there are no real 100% programs! The best so-called 100% programs are actually 85/15 splits when all the fees are finally accounted for. Additionally, the RECCMOX agent knows (not hopes, but actually knows) that they will more than make up the difference from the guaranteed 100 leads/year that every RECCMOX agent can count on. This same split for all agents commission program is a fundamental building block of RECCMOX’s corporate culture, a culture that breeds collaboration, not competition.
100 company Leads per Agent per year
Real estate agents became real estate professionals primarily because they love to meet people and the love of properties. They are after all salespeople. What they are not are marketing experts. While sales get you out of the office, marketing is a desk duty for marketing experts. While sales require eye-to-eye personal involvement, marketing activities are largely a single person with many envelopes type of environment. We believe that to place the words “sales” and “marketing” in the same sentence is like asking a monk to cohabit with a gospel singer. RECCMOX recognize that there may be some agent that prefers to take care of their marketing hence this option. If the RECCMOX agent does all the work, the agent deserves to keep his/her commission. Instead of the commission split, the agent receives 100% of the commission with 5 leads per year. Agent’s expense is as follow:
